At Jmaffi Car Hire and Safari, we aim to make your booking smooth, secure, and transparent.
Booking Procedure
- Contact us via email, phone, or booking form.
- Provide full details of all travelers and special requirements.
- Confirm preferred dates and itinerary.
Deposit and Payment
A 35% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 61 days before departure. For bookings within 61 days, full payment is required.

- Bank transfers
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Mobile money payments (local clients)
Booking Confirmation
Booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and written confirmation is issued. The person booking acts as the primary contact for all travelers.
Changes to Bookings
Corrections or changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to terms above.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
